When payment is made by credit card or PayPal, the amount will be withdrawn upon dispatch. When payment is made by MobilePay (Danish payment system) and bank transfer, the dispatch will not be prepared, until the amount has been transferred to Reed ApS’ account. After registering the payment, the order will be delivered within 14 days.
We deliver all over the world. Reeds ApS uses PostNord (the Danish postal service) or GLS, depending on the place of delivery. The price for dispatching within the borders of Denmark is DKK 60 and DKK 128 for dispatches to the rest of the world. Should you require an alternative way of dispatch, please contact Reeds ApS by email. Any additional cost in relation to alternative method of dispatch must be paid by the customer.
The time of delivery is 14 days for dispatches within Denmark. Longer delivery time must be expected for dispatches to other countries.
Longer delivery time must also be expected in relation to large orders.
The items may be picked up at Reeds ApS’ address upon prior agreement.
If you regret (right of cancellation)
- Your right of cancellation is 14 days for purchases from Reeds ApS.
- The right of cancellation expires 14 days after the receipt of the order.
Within 14 days from the receipt of the order, you must inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase by sending an email to andreas[@]reeds.dk. In the email you must clearly state that you wish to cancel your order. You may also use our standard form for cancellations (insert link) and return it along with the item(s).
You cannot cancel your order merely by refusing to accept delivery without prior information to us.
You must return your order to us without undue delays and 14 days at the latest after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order. You must pay the costs in relation to returning the order to us.
By returning the order, you are responsible for the item(s) being packed with due and proper care, and you bear the risk for the order until it is delivered.
The state and condition of the order when returning it to us
You are liable for any degradation due to mishandling of the item.
You are entitled to test the item, but you are not allowed to begin using it.
If the item was tested beyond the above description, we will consider it to be used, which means that, if you cancel the order, you will only be reimbursed partially or not at all, depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to receive reimbursement for the entire purchase amount, your action must be similar to your actions when returning items to a physical shop. You are entitled to test the item, but you are not allowed to begin using it.
If you regret your purchase, naturally, the amount paid to us will be reimbursed. In case of degradation of the item, for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you make use of your right of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments made by you to us, including costs of delivery, however excluding additional delivery costs due to your alternative choice of method of delivery (as opposed to standard delivery), without undue delay and under all circumstances 14 days from the date on which we have received your notification of cancellation, at the latest. Such reimbursements will be made using the same method of payment as you used in relation with the original transaction, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
We may retain the reimbursement, until we have received the returned item, unless you can provide documentation for the return.

If the item is faulty or defective (right to claim compensation for defective product)
When purchasing items on reeds.dk, you have a right to claim compensation for defective products for 24 months. This means that, as a point of departure, you are entitled to exchanging the item, being reimbursed or a reduction of the price, depending on the circumstances.
Naturally, the claim must be justified and the defect must not be caused by mishandling of the item or other tortious action.
How soon must I make the claim?
You must make the claim in “due time” after discovering the defect. If you make the claim within two months after having discovered the defect, the claim will always be made in due time.
We will reimburse reasonable delivery costs
If the claim is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) delivery costs.
